OpenSUSE 11.3 carte wifi bcm43

Bonjour à tous,

Suite au manque cruel de documentation sur opensuse 11.3 (KDE) je vous apporte la solution pour faire fonctionner votre carte wifi.

J'ai un pc portable dell studio 1749 muni d'une carte wifi : " broadcom BCM43224 " et j'ai beaucoup galérer pour l'installer sur opensuse alors qu'enfaite c'était tout con.

Allez dans -> Application -> Systeme -> Paramètre de l'administrateur (Yast).

Puis dans "installer et supprimer des logiciels", tapez " Broadcom" et selectionné : "broadcom-wl-kmp-dekstop"

Redemarrez votre ordinateur et votre carte wifi fonctionnera !

I had given a try to Opensuse last year. I used to work on Ubuntu mostly. I have to admit, I hated everything about opensuse. It was all boring green. The only good thing was the installation package which is based on .rpm. But lot of third party companies also increased their support to .deb (some of them especially made for Ubuntu LTS versions). But let's admit, Windows is the Best!!!
